Develop maintain and execute the sales plan according with country and brand prioritization with the key distributors and go to market objectives.
Provide on-going support to key clients through setting up and leading the key account team/managing internal resources according to the relevant KAA.
Generate knowledge on market development/customer needs and competitor activities and distribute to internal stakeholders.
• Determine annual sales plans by implementing sales and go to market strategies; analyzing trends and results.
Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume for existing and new products.

• Develop sales programs by developing field sales action plans with distributors.
• Achieve sales volume, product mix by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors in the different sales channel Hospitals and retail.
• Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the execution of the plans trough the go to market and develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and sales target and KPI targets.
• Provide on-the-ground support for costumers as they generate leads and close new deals with the distributors.
• Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and develop the strategic portfolio and costumers.
• Provide sales support to distribution partners to participate in closing and order or to facilitate and add value to the selling process.
• Continually develop knowledge of the business environment, applications and competition in the different countries in the region.
• Develop, maintain and execute a territory plan in the JBP plan with the strategic distributors.
• Analyze customer information to discover and manage business risks and opportunities.
• Recommend products and services (value proposition) that fit well with clients and business needs.
• Generate knowledge on market development/customer needs and competitor activities and distribute to internal stakeholders.
• Propose new potential customers with information or documentation based on relevant market data.
• Provide all the information-documentation-reporting that company requests on a timely and accurate manner.
• Recommend products and services (value proposition) that fit well with clients and territories business needs.
• Fully complying all the legal/regulatory requirements that Essity is responsible (e.g. Personal Data Protection, Quality Standards, IT security requirements, etc) for all relevant stakeholders, (individual-company-customers)
• Properly report visits and activities using CRM and support distributors in the funnel process

Requisitos

• Graduated from University for a medical area.
• Having at least 3 years of experience in Sales in medical area.
• Distributors management
• Preferably having a management experience
• Preferably holding a Medical Sales Person Certificate
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Effective usage of MS Office Programs
• Having effective negotiation and communication skills
• Having strong sales and result orientation, having analytical skills to assess market / commercial data
